Alteration Request Form - This form must be filled out and submitted whenever there is any landscaping or architectural change planned outside a home. A hard copy (not a digital version) of the form must first be sent to the chair(s) of the committee(s) that will review the request. The names of the Landscape Committee and Architectural Review Committee chairs can be found on the HOA Committees page of this website. Their addresses and phone numbers are in the directory of homeowners. If a request involves both landscape and architectural changes, both committee chairs need to receive this form.

The names of the Landscape Committee and Architectural Review Committee chairs can be found on the HOA Committees page of this website. Alteration Inspection Form - This form is required if an alteration request will involve the use of heavy equipment (e.g. - forklift, cement mixer/carrier, backhoe, skidsteer/Bobcat, etc.) on a driveway, walking path or turf in or on the common areas. The homeowner must ask a member of the Board of Dirctors or the Management Company to sign the form, indicating if there is any existing damage to the turf, driveway or other element in the Common Area around the home before work begins on the project. A member of the Board or the Management Company will inspect the Common Area before and after the project is complete in order to determine if any damage was done during the project.

How to Request Landscape and Architectural Changes

Chairs of the Landscape Committee and the Architectural Review Committee are the primary contacts for homeowners who want to make changes to or around their homes. Click here to locate the chairs of those two committees.

To request any change, the first thing to do is to retrieve and print out an Alteration Request Form. A hard copy of that form (no digital forms) with any attachments then should be delivered to the appropriate committee chair, NOT to the Management Company.
